We’re expecting over 100 performers but additionally the festival chorus and orchestra are open to all …

Parking
Parking will be provided in the field off Back Street next to the church and opposite the school.
What to bring ….
Bring yourself and warm clothing and a picnic blanket … food and drink will be available but feel free to bring your own picnic if you would like.
Facilities ….
There will be a hog roast, sandwich and cake stall, a bar, a Pimms tent and an ice cream stall. Performances
will take place in a marquee with seating.
Charities ….
All profits from the food and drink stalls will be donated to charity. The charities being supported are:
The Prince’s Trust, Shipston Home Nursing, St Johns Ambulance, Ilmington sports and social club, Ilmington
village hall.
